(Yicai Global) Oct. 19 -- A-shares in Chinese stock markets slumped, as China's urban fixed assets investment showed the lowest growth since 1999, per National Bureau of Statistics data.
From January-September it only grew 7.5% from the same period last year.
The Shanghai Composite Index dropped 0.57 percent to 3,362.66 points at 10:25am, compared with a 0.28 percent decline at 10:00 a.m.
The Shenzhen Component Index fell to 11,216.7 points, down 0.59 percent., previously slumping 0.12 percent.
The Growth Enterprise Index went down 0.64 percent to 1,856.17 point, previously rising 0.13 percent.
