(Yicai Global) Sept. 15 -- China-based multinational internet company Xunlei Ltd. [NASDAQ:XNET] said that Wu Tao, its chief financial officer, has resigned for personal reasons.

The company specializes in online downloadable applications and cloud computing services. Wu joined as its CFO in November 2013. Zhou Naijiang will replace him, the firm said today.

Zhou worked as a senior vice president and CFO at ChinaCache International Holdings Ltd., overseeing capital market, budgeting and accounting operations.

He previously held positions as the vice president of finance and CFO of Sutor Technology Group Ltd., executive vice president at Surshing Investment, international financial analyst at ROTH Capital Partners LLC and chief financial planner at American Electric Power Co. [NYSE:AEP].
