(Yicai Global) Feb. 14 -- Chinese governments at all levels have allocated a total of CNY80.55 billion (USD11.5 billion) in fiscal funds to help control the novel coronavirus epidemic, Ou Wenhan, assistant minister of Finance, said at a press conference today.

Some CNY41 billion has already been spent, Ou added, with CNY 25.9 billion going toward improving medical facilities, adding new medical equipment and protective gear.
