(Yicai Global) April 15 -- China's mainland stock markets fell into negative territory by the closing bell as investors sat tight on the sidelines to wait for more economic data to be released this week.
The Shanghai Composite Index slid 0.57 percent to 2,811.17. The Shenzhen Component Index was 0.56 percent down at 10,417.37. The ChiNext Price Index, which tracks growth enterprises listed in Shenzhen, concluded the day 0.40 percent weaker at 1,977.51.
