(Yicai Global) Sept. 26 -- The Ningxia Shahu Ecological Tourist Area and DJI Technology Co. have teamed up to establish the DJI Aerial Photography Demonstration Tourist Destination, promoting the popularization of aerial photography, Sina News reported.

Characterized by lakes, sand dunes, reeds, birds, fish and other unique scenery, Shahu in northern China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region is attracting an increasing number of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) enthusiasts looking to take aerial photos.

To maintain order for aerial photography, Shahu and DJI together presented the UAV-friendly destination concept. Shahu will apply with the air traffic control authority to set up a long-term fly zone, design shooting routes for UAV users, improve technical support and organize special events. DJI will honor Shahu as the DJI Aerial Photography Demonstration Tourist Destination and provide all-round support in areas ranging from policies to devices.

The cooperation between Shahu and DJI allows more people to enjoy the beauty of Shahu from "God's view," enjoying scenery from multi-angles with images that UAVs capture from the sky, Wang Jingming, the deputy branch secretary of the Shahu Tourist Area, said at the inauguration ceremony for the site.
