(Yicai Global) Aug. 25 -- The sharing economy "fever" in China shows no sign of abating. A Shenzhen-based umbrella-sharing startup recently received tens of millions of yuan in funding from venture capital companies. The funding poured in despite some similar shared umbrella schemes faced setback in the past.

The firm, Mobrella, announced a pre-A round financing led by Gobi Partners, with Dream Chaser and Happy Capital acting as "secondary investors," Jiemian News reported yesterday.

Mobrella is an operator of umbrella sharing service for urban consumers.  It raised CNY5 million (USD750,000) through angel round funding in June.
