(Yicai Global) April 24 -- The price of US electric vehicle maker Tesla’s locally-made Model 3 standard battery life upgrade version and the long battery life versions have risen by CNY4,500 (USD637) and CNY5,000 respectively, Tesla China's official website shows.

After adjustment, the standard battery life upgrade version is subsidized at CNY303,550 (USD43,000) and the long battery version is CNY344,050.

Tesla denied a rumor it is discounting the EV series in China earlier this week.
