China's Hainan is expected to receive 154 million domestic and foreign visitors a year by 2030, with tourism-related revenue reaching CNY363 billion (USD53.8 billion), according to an action plan released by the island province. The offshore duty-free shopping turnover will exceed CNY50 billion (USD7.4 billion), with the number of inbound visits reaching 3.5 million.
