(Yicai Global) April 20 -- Feitian Technologies announced today that its patented digital wallet is not in use in the Chinese central bank’s digital currency business in a post to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Interactive Platform.

Shares [SHE:300386] of the Beijing-based information security firm soared to the 10 percent daily price limit today to stop trading at CNY18.27 (USD2.58) on media reports last week that China's Central Bank had started internal testing of its digital wallet.
