(Yicai Global) April 17 -- A Mercedez-Benz dealership in China's northwestern city of Xi'an has suspended operations after a local buyer posted online a video of herself in tears arguing with staff last week and the clip went viral, according to state-backed news site The Paper.

Lizhixing Automobile Service, which runs the showroom, told The Paper that they had apologized to the buyer and reach an agreement to resolve her issue -- an oil leak in her new car's engine. The German auto titan's Beijing-based sales unit also made a public apology yesterday.
