(Yicai Global) Nov. 21 -- Wanda Hotel Development Co. [HK:0169] has denied reports that it plans to sell its property projects in London, Los Angeles, Chicago, Sydney and the Gold Coast for USD5 billion in a filing with the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Ltd. today.

Wanda Hotel Development did not negotiate with any third party on the sale of its property for USD5 billion, the filing said.

Dalian Wanda Group has contacted investors about the sale of five overseas property projects in the UK, the US and Australia for an estimated USD5 billion and intends to offload them to a single buyer, South China Morning Post reported previously.

The five projects are One Nine Elms in London, the Vista Tower in Chicago, One Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, the One Circular Quay hotel and residence project in Sydney and the Jewel resort project in the Gold Coast, the report said.
